I bumped the quota on project.netbsd.dev from 240M to 250M, so mycroft
could do some stuff. this volume is big enough that people should
consider splitting it. mycroft said something about deleting an old
source tree. If that frees up a reasonable amount of space, then, of
course, splitting it becomes less necessary.
