A user wanted to write some files to a 5.25" dos disk. I tried to use
lola. This was bad.

 - "mdir b:" causes a panic. I didn't delete the savecore if anybody
wants to look at it.
 - After it booted after the panic, attachtab was corrupt. there's a
copy in /var/tmp/attachtab.lose. It has a bunch of nulls in it. I
would think rebooting would fix this, but it didn't.
 - When I tried to boot it under does the first time, it was fine.
Now, command.com is missing. I don't know where it went, but it's not
too useful that way.
 - When it boots, it logs about a dozen messages about hard errors
reading wd0d:

wd0d: hard error reading fsbn 1128897 (wd0 bn 1128897; cn 1119 tn 15 sn 0)
