I built emacs-19.30 without a site-init.el by mistake.  I've re-dumped
emacs with a site-init.el (there was one in the 19.29 source tree,
which was used for ringworld) and installed the resulting binary in
/srvd/patch.

Things like M-x discuss will work now.
