AFS tarball problems

When I replaced the afs.tar.gz file on picayune for the 1.1 install, I
forgot that I would be installing binaries using the new ld.so.  I've
replaced the afs.tar.gz file with the old one with a libafs1_1.o added
to it.  When the old install is deprecated, I'll go back to the new
afs.tar.gz file.
