the sis locker has modified itself slightly to support NetBSD and Linux.
I therefore modified the launch_sis script in sipb-athena/src/sis to act
accordingly. However, I have not installed it in /usr/athena/bin/sis, since
greg has suggested that we do not change /usr/athena/bin frivolously.
However, I would like to know what is appropriate in these kinds of situations.
