After looking at a bit of the clutter in /mit/netbsd/dev, I've decided
that some of it is stuff which should only be worked on by one person
and should never be referred to by users. The ksrc-* directories are
obvious examples, as was /mit/netbsd/dev/report.

I've created /mit/netbsd/dev/people for projects like this. If you
find yourself pointing anyony else (even another developer) at a
subdirectory of /mit/netbsd/dev/people, please consider moving the
project into a shared space first.

If there's something in /mit/netbsd/dev which you consider a private
project that isn't ready to be referred to, feel free to move it into
people.

In related news, I'll be moving my private libc development stuff into
people and checking out a netbsd-1-1-RELEASE tree into
/mit/netbsd/dev/netbsd-1.1 shortly. We'll be using dev/netbsd-1-1 to
make releases out of, so please don't do development there. I'll be
taking a close look at the changes we've made to the current-source
tree which haven't made it into the mainline; most of that will
probably wait until after the term is over, though.
