(a) I've installed a new boot block selector on lola. The green disk
labeled "OS-BS repair disk" and "booteasy repair disk" are bootable DOS
5.0 diskettes which can be used to reinstall or replace the new MBR.

(b) I reclaimed the linux swap partition to extend the DOS partition,
and set up a 16MB file for linux to swap into.

(c) I reinstalled DOS 6.21 from the floppies that came with Lola. I
also installed Windows 3.1. If we ever play around with WINE, this
might be handy.

(d) using the latest sup'ed files, I created boot and install floppies
for lola. They're the purple ones labeled "kcaha", "inst", and "upgr".
They can be used for disaster recovery, for example. You typically boot
the "kcaha" floppy and swap in the "inst" floppy to finish the boot.
The sources are in /build/distrib, and required building a bunch of .o
files for the programs linked for installation. The .o files are on the
AFS volume.
