limekiller needs a new passwd file

limekiller had an /etc/passwd, passwd.local, and master.passwd, that
all contained a single line for user nygren and a line for the current
user. No entry for root, which caused everything in inetd.conf that
was run by root to fail; also su and ksu gave "no user root".
I've gotten it into a state where there is a root account, * password
and uid 0; I have to catch a bus, but people in ~root/.klogin should
be able to deal from here...
