We do have source, and as I recall, somebody tried to build it once
and failed.. I haven't tired, and don't have the time right now to
try..  If nobody else feels like it, I should be able to get around
to it next week..

(i.e, yes, we can build it.. just make sure the sipb-athena source
tree has fascist acl's on the directory.. (and jhawk will not be happy).
If you build it, replace the script on the syspacks.
