Incidentally, while I was modifying athena.tgz, I also edited the
/etc/athena/reactivate such that it won't blow away /tmp with the
distributed /etc/athena/rc.conf, on new installs.
(We still have the fairly serious problem that sendmail doesn't get
run to clean out the queue, of course.)
