A user pointed out that /dev/rdiskette is not accessible when vold is
running, and the instructions for both Linux and NetBSD disk
generation recommend using that device on Suns.
I didn't feel like figuring out the right way, so we just killed vold.
But the instructions should be updated with a vold-safe solution.
