bug? cache problem?

using the sup'd kernel sources from Thu Sep 14, and
AFS 3.3 ($Revision: 1.26 $)
I seem to have hit a cache corruption problem..
that is afile became corrupt, and after two seperate
flush attempts, became okay (note it was corrupted
in two different places).
the third time, it worked fine...
it was in /usr/X11/include/X11.. though I doubt
that is relevant..
