I noticed that in our install stuff, running passwd yields the
system's passwd program, instead of the kerberized version we have.

I made a symlink in /usr/athena/bin  from passwd -> kpasswd
so that stuff should work as it does for the rest of athena.

I also fixed it on the dialup, and made a feeble attempt to fix it
in the makefile for the source (the install)
