One problem with this soultion is that it leaves NT4 on a FAT partition,
which I know is possible (I did it the other day) but I'm trying to do The
Right Thing (tm) which would be to format both drives with NTFS and I think
(if I can do it right) both OSes would be able to read and write to both
disks.

I'm not sure, but that's my belief at present.

The problem is that I can't boot into NT4 because the NT4 partition's
format has been upgraded to NTFS5, not because the NT bootloader can't find
the NT partition to boot.

At least this is my understand... if anyone knows otherwise to any of my
points, let me know.

As always, any and ALL comments are welcome.
