w20-557-7 is near the deathtongue.  I ran the cable to the machine.

deathtongue was displaying a plain blue screen with nothing but a
mouse pointer.  (Is this the BSOD?)  I pressed the reset button and
selected NT 4, and it eventually got to a screen saying:

	1 System Processor [128 MB Memory]

	*** STOP: number (number,number,number,number)
	INACCSESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

	CPUID:GenuineIntel 6.3.3 irql:0 SYSVER number

and some other stuff which didn't look terribly interesting.
("number" means a hex number I didn't want to type in).

NT 5 booted okay, but I had zero luck figuring out how to enter an IP
configuration.  (I think the only change I made was setting the
machine's DNS domain to mit.edu.)  It did seem to believe the local
network was connected, though.
