I've built an experimental copy of the Cygnus port of Kerberos (ie, I
got it working yesterday :-) DeathTongue now has a functioning rlogind
(I'll submit patches later, after it's been tested. It's not quite
right, among other things ^V is still active.)
All of the Cygnus stuff is in /usr/kerberos on the local disk.
If you use RMAIL, grab the definition of rmail-insert-inbox-text from
rmail.el and tweak it to reference "/usr/kerberos/bin/movemail" (or
grab fixmail.el) and be sure to explicitly setenv MAILHOST (this one
isn't compiled with Hesiod.)
/usr/kerberos/bin has the other user apps -- in particular, an
rlogin that actually does the right thing with ^S/^Q handling (though
cr still goes to linefeed, like the Athena one.) Again, I'll send
patches later.

ps. In case you hadn't heard, the installed movemail is broken:
deathtongue+% /usr/athena/lib/gnuemacs/etc/movemail po:eichin /tmp/zot
