rlogin

I made the following changes:
1) made /usr/ucb a symlink farm. replaced quota with a symlink to
/bin/true
2) in /usr/etc, renamed klogind and login.krb to foo.old
3) copied klogind and login.krb from
/afs/net/system/sun4c_411/rsp.01/athena/etc
4) edited inetd.conf to look for klogind in /usr/etc instead of
/usr/athena/etc
5) made a symlink from /etc/athena/login.krb to /usr/etc/login.krb
Elegant? No. Functional? Yes.
I *said* that upgrading was a bad idea, and I feel vindicated now. I
think we should back out to the backup tapes made before the upgrade,
and go to solaris once it is *stable*. I understand that the purpose
of dt is so SIPB can gain experience with it, and prevent the rs/6000
thing. But if the machine is so hosed that people cannot rlogin, not
too many builds are going to happen. (justified!)
