fustflum fixed the ugly fontness on the dualhead second monitor. The
control was at
desktop -> properties -> settings -> advanced -> dualhead tab -> advanced
settings -> secondary monitor limits
The ugliness resulted from "downsampling in realtime" because the
resolution was set wrong/weird.
