This will sometimes happen if an attempt is made to install an older version
of Easy CD Creator on a Win2k machine. Of course there could be many other
reasons as well.

Deathtoungue doesn't see its CD drive. The hardware wizard doesn't help.
Rebooting doesn't help. Pushing the eject button does still eject the
tray, however.
