Server adds the benefits of Terminal Services so that I can do some
remote administration on the machine, since I'm not in the office all
the time. I think that having Server as opposed to Professional isn't
going to cause much difference. I'm checking on that and if it will
cause problems, I'll be switching to Pro.

I would think it would be of value to SIPB and users to have
DT running the default pismere install. Why aren't we?
