No way is forth the most WORN language (Write Once, Read Never). INTERCAL
is without doubt the worst, but then it was specifically designed for the
purpose (INTERCAL, which stands for Language with No Pronounceable
Acronymn has several wonderful features, including a counterpart to the
goto statement- COME FROM <lineno>; when control reaches the mentioned
line, it branches to the line after the come-from.)

The worst WORN useful language is definitely APL, where you can do
*anything* in one line, but no matter how long the program, if you want
to change it, you're better off starting over. (scary thought for today -
APL with operator overloading).
