There is a passing reference to Persistant objects in the Language spec doc.
Is there currently, or planed to be, as support for dumping the state
of the VM and being able to restore at a later date?
Prehaps the ability to specify which objects are persistant?
This feature would make Java very desirable for us, as a replacement
platform for a wide range of existing apps.
