Tear-off menus work fine with Netscape on a Sun workstation (Solaris 2.5),
but also appear to be non-functional on Windows95 (I used Sun's tutorial
example page at http://java.sun.com/tutorial/ui/components/menu.html as a
test case).  Perhaps this is an implementation-specific issue.  This is the
kind of thing Java was supposed to prevent (sigh ...)
