cafe debug - running past exceptions....?

Have got a little further with the cafe debugger; but major problem - it
always seems to halt when an exception is thrown. Does anyone know how to
turn this behaviour off?
Since I make quite a lot of use of exceptions, this halts all the time -
like using a debugger with only 'single step' functionality....
