Hey Simon,
I've been using JFactory from RogueWave Software ($129) for GUI development
and it works pretty well for a first release. Reach them at
www.roguewave.com and check it out.
Will be getting Symantec's Cafe tomorrow. Ping me in a week and I'll tell
you what I think.
