Bin using Symantec Cafe to build some stuff (their interpretation of '1.0'
is novel but thats another issue).
Getting some severe slowdown in a routine that uses the MediaTracker class -
loading 1k gifs offa my hard drive is taking up to a second per image.
Anyone have ideas? I tried with both theirs + Sun compiler, but get the
problem still. If I just use the 'javac' commandline, the problem dissappears.
Also, when using the _Sun_ compiler within the cafe IDE, all system.output
is directed to the symantec output window - even when the app is run from
the command line. How would I turn this off....??
