Although there are refrences to sun.tools.debug.LocalVariable in the
API Docs the file explaining the class does not seem to exist. Is
this a deliberate gap? Furthermore, because the source code for the
sun.tools.debug package is unavailable, I cannot seem to track it
down.
Is the motive behind not releasing the source code for the package
related to the fact that documentation for this class does not exist?
