I'm new to the Java and I'm trying to get my first applet to work. I've
downloaded the JDK for the Mac. I created an HTML file and created a
simple applet I found in the book 21 Days to Java... I can't seem to get
the applet to run, nor can I get any of the example applets to work from
Sun's example page.
Does the Applet viewer need to be in any special place for a HTML
document to find it?
Also, what is this Roaster thing I keep reading about.
Sorry for the noephyte questions, but you gotta start somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
