It's not an event, per-se.  The start method is invoked when the page is visited;
stop is invoked when the user leaves the page.  The stop/start sequence *should* 
also occur when you iconify / deiconify the browser, but it doesn't under Netscape 
on Win95 (2.0 release Netscape).
