I just tested the NervousText applet against the Roaster and Sun's JDK 1.0.
All I can say is that the Roaster seems to be running cleaner and a *hell a
lot faster* than Sun's Applet Runner. Also, Roaster's compiler is blazing
compared with Sun's javac.
One thing I would be interested in. Since Sun doesn't use project folders,
wouldn't it possible to dispense with that in the Roaster package? I'm also
a bit tired of importing the AppletViewer.class into each project. If this
is necessary, why not automate it? Or has this been done?
Anybody different news?
Michael
