Mac JDK does not understand APPLET tag

It took me about 45 minutes to track this one down. The new Mac JDK from
Sun does NOT understand <APPLET...
It only understands <applet...
In other words make sure your applet tags are all lower case only. I
haven't looked further to see if Applet is understood, or whether case
makes a difference for PARAM's. This should almost certainly be classified
as a bug.
I found this only after trying about two dozen more obvious things (File
Type and Creator codes, locations of files, which compiler was used, etc.)
Once I tracked this down my Roaster compiled applets worked fine in Sun's
applet viewer. Scrollbars are still flaky as are non-editable Text fields.
It's interesting that the bugs seem to be the same across the two
environments.
