Accessing a remote page

I wrote an applet that will load in a doc at the remote site and
it runs well in the appletviewer. When I drag the HTML into
Netscape 2.0 to run it then it would exception on me:
"Applet Foo Applet exception: sucuirty.protocol: http"
Does any one has a slight idea what this might be?
