Hi there,
this same problem happened to me once on my NT 3.51 system when I
decompressed the JDK Beta 2 on the same directory as JDK beta 1
without deleting the Beta 1 files, is that what you've done? When I
removed all the old files and tried a clean installation everything
worked just fine,
