hello,
i' very new in programming with java and would appreciate somebody could help
me:
For a university project i have to write a small java programm that reads
an ascii-file (size ca. 1k) and sends it via http to a http-server. The http-server should write the content then on the server side e.g in an another file.
Is this possible to realize ? I know it is possible to open an read a file with the java.io package. But how can i send it to a http-server ?
Another questtion:
How can i configure the home-html file ( i would like to load a different one).
Is it possible to give the hotjava browser as a argument a html-file (to be loaded as the first page) ?
Thanks in advance.
