Hi,
I use Netscape 2b3 on a SunOS 4.1.4 machine and have no problems
browsing Java enhanced pages. But, trying to upgrade to Netscape 2b4 and
after that 2b5, caused a core dump whenever I had Java stuff in the page
I'd browsed. When installing the new versions, I removed both the old
Netscape and my ~/.netscape directory, to make sure I haven't mixed
things up. I tried putting the moz2_0.zip file in /usr/local/netscape
(where the binary is), /usr/local/netscape/java/classes, and ~/.netscape.
I also tried setting und unsetting CLASSPATH, but nothing helped, I got a
core dump every time.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix the problem?
Thanks,
Gil Bregman
