seting up the JDK 1 beta 2

I download the JDK 1 beta 2 and run the exe
after run the exe file. I have the following dir's
bin
demo
include
lib
But not classes dir. Also under the lib dir i have a file called
classes.zip do i need to under zip this file also where do I save the
output of the unzip. do i need to make a dir on the java root named
classes????
Please help me if you are using beta 2
