Frames support in Applets?

Hello folks. We're having a bit of a problem - one of our applets is a
clickable imagemap. The result of some of the clicks is to point to a URL. What
we want to do is to <TARGET> the URL to a frame. i.e. One frame contains the
imagemap java applet, but the result of the imagemap clicks points to another
frame as the TARGET. Is this feasible? We haven't been able to figure out how
to do this.
