Scrollbar inconsistency...

There appears to be an inconsistency between the Windows95/NT appletviewer
(and Netscape 2.03 beta) and the SunOS appletviewer (and Netscape 2.03 beta).
I am fully able to control the scrollbar (ie. value, visible, min., and max.)
through my program, but only on the SunOS. Anyone else having similar
problems?
