I'm having a problem with connecting via a socket to a non-java server
which is listening for connections. If I run my Java side as an
"application" versus an applet, i.e. not in the netscape browser,
everything works fine.
But if I try to run the applet in the netscape browser, I get a
security error and don't get my data.
Any help would be appreciated. Please email. I don't have news
access.
