Hi,
I am interested in programming Java, and I have read the book Java!
(by Ritchey). In the book, he stated that it could only be downloaded to
Solaris and Windows NT at the time he wrote the book. Is there a version
to Windows 95?(I just bought a NEC laptop). I am really impressed by
Java's lack of pointers and memory management, and would like to give
some applets a go. By the way, I really enjoy subscribing to java
interest, and I hope to contribute some programming ideas and
thoughts to it when I get up and running.
