Ok. I got it to work.
I posted a followup but it didn't go out. So here it is again.
To get the TumblingDuke applet to run, I needed to specify the entire URL
of the images directory, not the offset of the directory.
It appears to run differently locally than remotely. Sorry for the trouble.
