 Hi!
The Java Security FAQ (http://java.sun.com/sfaq/#persistent) says
that an applet can read/write files on the originating host. Can this be
achieved directly or should this applet communicate with a server
application on the originating host to be able to work with the files on
it? Can somebody exaplain it with a small example?

 Thanks in adv..

 Cheers
 RamKumar
