This is something I don't really understand.  From what I have read about
Blackbird, it doesn't really compete with Java!  It looks like it's a
WYSIWYG web page authoring tool, replete with drag-n-drop graphics and
all, rather than a way to deliver interactive content on the web.  If
anything, they might be positioning an OLE-enabled Visual Basic as the
logical alternative to Java.

Can anyone enlighten me on this?
