This is a bug in the event-handling mechanisms which will be fixed
in the next release.

|Hi fellow Java coders,
|
|Can anyone tell me how to access all the events?
|It seems that certain event types will get "gobbled"
|by a component. For example, if you have a
|TextArea component in a Frame, it will gobble all
|the Key events. I tried extending TextArea and
|using and overriding handleEvent() but that did
|no good.
|
|I must not understand the event passing methodology.
|
|All help is appreciated.
