Obviously, I should stop preparing the J*** Notes late at night! Two errors
crept in: There are two "Help wanted" sections - the second should really
be labelled "Errata" - somehow poetic justice. The other error is leaving
off the credit to Rocky Fikki (same as last weeks! - I was using an
outdated template).
Both have been fixed.
No need to download afresh if you read this message.
Again, sorry for the wasted bandwidth.
