NetworkClient for beta would be a great help. What was involved in
the port? -- Simply tinkering with the alpha source code-- or more?

We ported the NetworkClient class to Beta, if anyone is interested in the
source code, e-mail me and I'll throw it up on my web page.

BTW - We are using it right now, works great! If there is sufficient
demand, I am willing to port some more of the Alpha goodies to Beta, good
   exercise in Java. Anyone interested?

   -Nik ;)

Is that OK with you guys at Sun? Or, are you already doing this?
