Date: Tue, 2 May 1995 14:44:45 +0100 (BST) From: Alan Falconer Slater <afs@cee.hw.ac.uk> To: java-interest@java.Eng.Sun.COM Hi, As far as I can tell, Java does not seem to provide any mechanism for manipulating methods in ways similar to Objects (i.e. passing them about as one would with pointers to functions in C). Is this correct? I'd be interested to find out why this feature was not included in the language design as being able to work with functions/methods in this does seem to be a pretty common thing. Why not have a Method class?
