Anything I print to the screen via a Java Applet creates a Grey box of =
the size HEIGHT and WIDTH, specified in the APPLET tag.

Does anyone know how to print to the browser screen leaving the =
background texture or color intacted?

I have figured out I can draw a box of the background color, but this =
will only work on colored backgrounds, not textured backgrounds. Any =
ideas?
