Hi,
I have a non-technical question. I would like to know if Sun is pursuing the
opportunityto hava Java considered as the Virtual Machine Specification for DAVIC?
DAVIC is an organization which is trying to create interoperable standards for
Set-Top boxes. I beleive Sun is a member. I can provide a name - but I don't have
an e-mail address - for one of the Sun contributors. These set-top boxes could also be
low cost internet browsing devices...
This seems like a logical pursuit for Java.
Thanks,
Mike
