Not yet, as we've been focusing on _finishing_ the base API (what a concept!).
The AppletViewer is actually a special-purpose browser, however, as it parses
an HTML page and "displays" its embedded beta applets. Not quite what you
are looking for, but it's useful for testing your pages' use of applets.
